Pastor Samuel Sesay of Mount Zion Deliverance Praise Ministry, residing at Grafton, has been involved in government free duty waiver fraud under his Ministry.
According to investigation carried out, Pastor Samuel Sesay has been clearing several containers of goods owned by business people under the Mount Zion Deliverance Praise Ministry in the name of free duty waiver.
This criminal syndicate came against the backdrop of Sierra Leone’s government, through the Ministry of Finance, which has given the privilege and immunity in relation to free duty waiver to humanitarian organizations, Deplomatic missions including the UN Agencies among few others.
Pastor Samuel Sesay, a Man of God of Mount Zion Deliverance Praise Ministry, has been defrauding the State through his Ministry by allowing business tycoons to evade taxes and custom duty, investigation reveled.
And it should be noted that, this is an unspeakable criminal enterprise being undertaken since when God knows by a so called ‘Man of God,’ who is supposed to be a shining example in terms of morals and morality to society. As such, he has been unduly and unfairly benefiting himself through such an illegally alarming practice even at the detriment of the state using his Ministry as a conduit for fraud and criminality.
However, as I put together this piece of work, this medium has been reliably informed that such a mafian is currently on the run for similar practices being brought against him by a number of people he has criminally duped in the name of duty waiver under the guise of being a pastor for a church which is not even functional or functioning.
More still, even the church he’s claiming to run, we have been also reliably informed that he has been superintending it alone by doing everything by himself interms of its purported administration.
Sources also revealed that Mr Rakesh had already reported Pastor Samuel Sesay for duping him a whooping sum of (Le600, 000,000) six hundred million old Leones for the offloading of 3×20FT container at the Freetown Terminal that has been sized by the Port.
The deliberate act being carried out by the so called Man of God has the tendency to undermine and deprive the State especially the government of president Bio, that has been struggling to increase revenue generation, billions of leones at the expense of such a criminally so called Pastor who is all over the place wrecking harmful impact on the economy of the state under the cloak of duty waiver through an illegally runned Ministry.
Pastor Samuel Sesay of this church ministry has denied some of the allegations.
