High Court Judge presiding over the ACC Case: The State Vs. Saidu Nallo and Five others, Hon. Justice Adrian Fisher has refused the application filed by Lawyers for the 4th Accused, Samura M.W.Kamara, seeking the leave of the Court for the Accused to travel to the the UK from 2nd to 14th May, 2023.
Hon. Justice Fisher, however, gave them leave to refile their application for the release of the passport with sufficient information for reconsideration.
In another development, the Judge has adjourned the trail until after the general elections in the interest of justice and to avoid disruption to the electoral cycle and the trial itself.
